The team at Lost Origin Coffee Lab used to be beer brewers. Today, they’ve adapted some of these beer-brewing ideas into specialty coffee.

Grown in the Chevas Coffee Estate, this washed coffee undergoes processing and fermentation in temperature and humidiy-controlled environments. The result is an intoxicating floral aroma of orange blossom and fruity notes of blackcurrant, apricot and tangerine. It has a delicate body with a juicy and syrupy texture.
